Dalyan Beaches, Bay and Caves Boat Trip
Trip Information
Our boat leaves the jetty, mid-morning at 10.00am, for the trip to Ekincik which is just a little way west after we reach the sea. Enjoy a welcoming tea or coffee as we begin our journey. If you haven’t been down through the Delta before that is a real treat even before you reach the sea. Keep your eyes open both at the water and the sky because there is a chance of seeing a turtle in the water and an eagle in the sky.
Even before we reach Ekincik there is the chance to swim near the blue caves. You will be able to see the sea through the caves and judge for yourself whether you are confident to swim through. It is perfectly safe if you are a good swimmer. We will pick you up at the other side if you like as we continue on to Ekincik.
Shortly after the caves we arrive at Ekincik and sail down to the small village at the end where there is a jetty, but we are likely to anchor in the shallow waters to allow everyone to jump in to cool off while Mama is busy in the galley kitchen preparing her tasty Turkish food.
We serve lunch in Semizce and Kizil Bay where you will be able to simply relax and sunbathe, paddle, snorkel and swim in the sea. As with all our tours, Mama’s mezes and salads are served with Mesut’s BBQ food, chicken and meatballs or fish. We have cold drinks on board for you to enjoy, beer and wine included.
After we set off for home, we still have one important stop to make. That is at Alagol Lake where you will find the water as warm as anywhere in the region. If you dive down to the bottom, you can actually bring up some of the healthy mud on offer elsewhere.
If you wish we can order fresh blue crab caught moments ago and cooked to perfection for the return journey. We aim to get you back to the jetty at around 5.00pm.
