Dalyan’s fertile land and Mama’s skills at preparing traditional Turkish food from the freshest of produce ensure all our special guests enjoy lovely local cuisine. All our boat trips include lunch with tea and coffee in the price and early starts also include breakfast, fresh fruits and desserts.

Mama uses the galley kitchen to prepare everything that day, including all mezzes, with the BBQ lit once we anchor for lunch. Any fish that we serve is the day’s catch while we always use the best Dalyan butchers for our meat.

We can cater for any special requests and vegetarians, vegans and those suffering from wheat allergies can be sure that their food is prepared using separate utensils. We need 24 hours’ notice for something a little different such as prawns, lamb skewers, steak, liver or kidneys. We will even purchase them from you at cost price if you want to bring your own. You have only to ask if you want something that we have not mentioned, and we will oblige.

Mama’s garden produces our vegetables, herbs, spices, oils and sauces. The large selection of wonderful Turkish mezzes and our BBQ have built up quite a reputation in Dalyan.

Lunch can be served whenever you wish. With our experience, we know the best places to drop anchor so you can enjoy your meal with friends and family. We can advise you on that while as it is your boat for the day, you can choose where and when you want to eat.

Children are often little fussy about the food they eat but we regularly prepare fun healthy meals giving them the vitamins and nutrients they need. This will normally include small koftes or chicken burgers, fun shaped salad, pasta, fries and fresh fruit. With a little notice, we can organise something else if you tell us.

Alcoholic and soft drinks can be purchased on board, BUT we allow you to bring a bottle or two of wine to enjoy with your meal if you wish.

Dalyan Catering Service – BBQ and Traditional Turkish Mezes

If you like our Mamas Mezzes and BBQ on your boat trip, we can offer a delivery service. We can supply our cold dishes either to take away or a full buffet style BBQ at your accommodation in Dalyan.

When you are on holiday, it is time for mum to have a rest as well. Villa and apartment holidays are very popular in Dalyan and there are plenty of restaurants where you can dine but do you really want to eat out every night? If you come home after a busy day and you simply want to relax then have a night in.

You don’t have to cook if you use our takeaway or delivery service which includes Mama’s delicious mezes and salads. BBQ food ranges from meatballs and chicken to fish but we can cater for any special requests. You can enjoy the warm evening, the inviting swimming pool and no one needs to lift a finger.
